Can you arrange a hospital appointment for me?
Appointment coordination may be included when feasible. Availability depends on the hospital, city, timing and information you provide.
Which cities do you support?
We currently coordinate selected requests in the cities listed above. Coverage and personnel availability must be confirmed for each request.
How far in advance should I contact you?
We recommend contacting us at least one month in advance whenever possible, especially for multi-day or VIP support.
Is interpretation included?
Communication support is defined in the confirmed service scope. Please describe the language and appointment needs in your enquiry.
Can you support several appointments?
Yes, a custom VIP plan may be suitable for multiple appointments or multi-day schedules. A custom quote is provided after review.
What if my appointment changes?
Tell us as soon as possible. Rescheduling support depends on coordinator availability and the service terms confirmed for your request.
Is transportation included?
