Digital Delivery Policy

Mulan Chinese digital products may include PDF ebooks, audio materials, downloadable learning resources, and digital bundles.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

Digital products are delivered by email or download link after purchase. No physical shipping is required for digital products.

For eligible learning products, Mulan Chinese may use the Shopify Digital Downloads app or another approved digital delivery tool to send secure download links. If a digital delivery app is not yet fully configured for a specific product, delivery may be completed manually by email.

If You Do Not Receive Your Download Email

If you do not receive your download email after purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact Mulan Chinese with your order number and purchase email address.

Please download and save your files after receiving them. Download access may be limited for security and file protection reasons.
