Mulan Chinese digital products include PDF ebooks, audio materials, downloadable learning resources, and digital bundles. These products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

After payment is confirmed, download instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout. Depending on the product, you may receive a secure download link from Shopify or a delivery email from Mulan Chinese.

Most automated delivery emails arrive within a few minutes. If manual verification is required, delivery may take up to one business day.

If You Do Not Receive Your Files

Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders and confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct. If the files have not arrived, contact us with your order number and purchase email address.

Download Access

Please download and securely save your files after delivery. Download links may have access or security limits. Contact us if a valid link expires before you can retrieve your purchase.

Personal-Use Licence

Your purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal learning use. Files may not be copied for others, uploaded publicly, resold, redistributed, or used to create competing materials.

Technical Support

Digital products require a compatible device and software capable of opening the stated file formats. If a delivered file is damaged or inaccessible, contact us through the Contact page and we will help verify or replace the file where appropriate.
