Shipping policy

Mulan Chinese currently focuses on digital learning products, online learning services, and selected coordination services. We do not currently offer standard physical-product shipping.

Digital Products

PDF ebooks, audio materials, and other downloadable products are delivered electronically. No shipping address or shipping fee is required. Please see our Digital Delivery page for details.

Online and Coordination Services

Speaking programs, live practice, wellness coordination, and medical escort support are services rather than shipped goods. Instructions and confirmations are provided electronically, while any agreed in-person support is delivered at the confirmed location.

Third-Party Costs

Transport, hospital, clinic, practitioner, accommodation, courier, and other third-party charges are not shipping fees from Mulan Chinese and are included only when expressly stated in a written service confirmation.

Future Physical Products

If physical products are introduced, eligible destinations, shipping fees, estimated delivery times, customs information, and return conditions will be displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.
