This policy explains how Mulan Chinese delivers guided learning, live practice, and selected coordination services. Product-specific information shown on the relevant product or collection page forms part of this policy.

Guided Learning Programs

Access instructions, schedules, learning materials, or onboarding details are sent to the email address used at checkout. A program may have a fixed start date or an individual activation process, as stated on the product page.

Live Classes and Speaking Practice

Live sessions require advance scheduling and confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, checking the time zone, joining on time, and using a stable internet connection and compatible meeting software.

Rescheduling and cancellation conditions shown on the relevant product page apply. When no product-specific rule is shown, please request changes at least 24 hours before a confirmed session. Late requests, missed sessions, and customer-side technical problems may not qualify for replacement.

Traditional Chinese Wellness Coordination

Availability, location, scope, timing, third-party provider details, and estimated fees must be confirmed before service begins. Mulan Chinese provides cultural explanation, communication, and coordination support. Treatment decisions remain between the customer and the qualified provider.

Medical Escort Support

Medical escort services are provided only after location, appointment type, language needs, schedule, and service scope are confirmed. Mulan Chinese may assist with appointment coordination, preparation, accompaniment, and practical communication.

Mulan Chinese is not a hospital, clinic, emergency service, insurer, or medical provider and does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, guarantee appointment availability, or guarantee medical outcomes.

Customer Information and Third Parties

Customers must provide accurate and timely information required to arrange a service. Hospitals, clinics, wellness providers, teachers, meeting platforms, and other independent third parties may set their own rules, fees, and availability.

Service Confirmation

A custom service is confirmed only when Mulan Chinese has accepted the requested scope and communicated the relevant schedule or next steps. Contact us before ordering when a page asks you to confirm availability.
