Refund policy

We aim to provide clear information before purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the product type, delivery status, preparation already completed, and any product-specific terms disclosed before checkout.

Digital Products

Digital products are generally non-refundable after a download link or file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. If a file is defective or cannot be accessed, contact us so we can first provide technical support or a replacement file.

Guided Programs and Digital Access

Refund requests made before program access, materials, or onboarding instructions are delivered will be reviewed according to the order status. Once access or program materials have been supplied, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law.

Live Classes and Speaking Practice

Cancellation and rescheduling rules stated on the relevant product page apply. When no specific rule is stated, change requests should be made at least 24 hours before the confirmed session. Missed sessions, late cancellations, and customer-side technical issues are generally non-refundable.

Wellness and Medical Coordination Services

Before preparation begins, customers may request cancellation. Once research, booking, coordination, interpretation preparation, travel, or other agreed work has started, the completed portion and non-recoverable third-party costs are non-refundable.

If Mulan Chinese cannot provide an agreed service, we will offer a reasonable alternative, rescheduling, or a refund for the undelivered Mulan Chinese service portion. Fees charged directly by third-party providers remain subject to their own policies.

Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

Contact us promptly if you believe you placed a duplicate order or purchased the wrong item. We will review requests that are received before delivery or service preparation begins.

Use the Contact page and include your order number, purchase email address, and a clear description of the issue. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
